Kickball Kraze 2026!

Hurffville Elementary School Claims Championship at Annual Elementary Kickball Kraze Tournament

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP - Washington Township elementary school students took over the artificial surface at Total Turf Experience in Pitman on Wednesday night, June 3, 2026, gathering for the annual Kickball Kraze tournament featuring fifth-graders from all six elementary schools.  

This year's event was a rousing success, with Hurffville Elementary School prevailing in the championship game over Whitman Elementary. All money raised from the event will go toward scholarships for two graduating high school seniors. Hurffville and Whitman will award a scholarship to a former student from their respective schools.  

A special thank you goes out to the volunteer firefighters and police SROs for helping with the event: fire chief Dan Pacewicz, Officer Jeff DiNoto, fireman Anthony DeAngelo, officer Tom DiTullio, officer Craig Monahan, and officer Chris Leadbeater.  

Also a special thank you to all of the teams’ coaches: Jaclyn Covely, Erin Wiseley, Dominique Cardullo, Megan Olsen, Melissa Hrynio, Jenn Rodrigo, Paul Rodrigo, Kelly Dennis, Danielle Narcisi, William Hamby, Dana Swider, Rachel Thies, Jennifer Babilino, Keri Pastine, Laure Budney, Jennifer Campbell, Mackenzie Conway, and Dylan Sharkey.
